Making a pig of myself

Wild cinghiale ( pig - boar ) was served at the second dinner this week with the guys putting my roof on.   

I happened to mention I would like to taste cinghiale so we came back for the most fantastic flavours. Marinated for two  days. Then cooked for a day.  I was made to have three helpings. 

A relative’s boyfriend shot it last week. He will take me to get truffles next week. I am in heaven.
